Siyo, Savannah Slayton is a proud Cherokee and Filipino-American woman. She is a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Native American Studies and Constitutional Studies. Savannah is an incoming PhD student at the University of Colorado Boulder in Critical Ethnic Studies.
